There's a reason why American Deluxe has 5 stars on Yelp, and it's because they earn every Star and then some!
It all started three months ago when I started pricing out 20 windows for our new home. I'm in Redondo Beach so I wasn't sure if they would service our house being they are in North Hollywood. They do. I emailed them and within 5 minutes Vic responded and said to call him. When Vic came here to do the appraisal, he was warm, friendly and took his shoes off at my request. :) He spent about an hour here helping me with questions and best practices of window installation. I talked to a few other installers in the area, but the communications with American Deluxe was beyond great. If I didn't get a hold of someone right then, I'd get a call 5 minutes later. Emails are answered almost immediately.
Fast forward to end of December-- winter storm 2016! It rained that whole morning we were due for the installation and his team waited until 10am. But Joe called it and said: "it would not be a good idea to install the windows on a rainy day. The sealant won't adhere and we want to make sure the windows are installed properly." His poor team had to drive all the way back home, but the fact that he'd rather install the windows properly than make a quick buck and forget about the customer, speaks for itself.
The day of the installation went as smooth as smooth could get. The main foreman Guillermo and his team were so nice, friendly and very professional. They got in all 20 windows in a day. The windows look amazing by the way (Anlin brand), the house looks 10 years younger. I cannot say enough great things about American Deluxe Windows. If you are looking for a reliable, high quality, great communicating, awesome team to install your new doors and windows...then look no further. I would recommend American Deluxe to anyone and I will definitely use them in the future. 5+ stars all the way!!!

We live on a hillside and had been told numerous times we would need to construct massive scaffolding to have our '70s windows replaced. We met with over a dozen companies but didn't feel confident or comfortable with anyone until we met Ark. Ark came over for a consultation and was honest, straight forward and accommodating to our questions and concerns. He promised us we didn't need scaffolding and his price was fair.
Once the windows arrived installation was fast and easy. Guillermo and his team were so kind, finished in the time window they promised, and left the place spotless.
We highly recommend American Deluxe and everyone who works there.

Great experience from the beginning consult call with Eric Walker to the final install with their excellent crew. 13 new PlyGem sliding windows installed quickly and they look great!
During my search for window installers, I had only 3 requirements:
*Price competitive
*Great Customer Service
*Quality products
American Deluxe Windows definitely met each requirement. We would recommend American Deluxe Windows.

I have been familiar with Anlin windows for 6 years now. When it comes to quality and piece of mind nobody can beat Anlin. When time came for me to replace my 10 windows and 2 Sliding Glass doors I contacted few companies to give me an estimate. Ark came to my house representing American Deluxe and give me a price that was extremely competitive. I looked them up on Yelp and saw the great reviews so I had no hesitations going forward and signing the contract on the spot. After about 3-4 weeks the windows arrived and sure enough the crew came by in the morning and replaced my 10+2 doors and windows in about half a day. I was AMAZED at the speed, attention to detail, and professionalism I saw from American Deluxe Windows and Doors. I love my Anlin windows and wouldn't want anything else on my house and wouldn't want any other company then American Deluxe to have installed them. They truly are the best. Thank you Ark!

Great service, fair prices and installation of windows in a reasonable time frame. The process to get new windows for our entire house, some of which are A-Frame, was smooth and timely. I would recommend them for anyone looking to invest in new, quality windows that are affordable. They look fantastic and we were pleased with the quickness of the installation (all windows were completed within 4.5 hours).

Eric has been very prompt with providing the best customer service I've encountered in a while. He shortly returned my call in the evening (while many others just want to get over with their day), listened, gave valuable advice and connected me with the right people to help with my window issue. Truly shows he respects himself, his colleagues and customers, even (!) if they don't purchase from him. Thank you, Eric! What a gentleman!
